Even though Apple’s “Far Out” event is only a few hours away, internet giant Google has already confirmed the advent of its own fall hardware presentation. The future Pixel 7 series and the Pixel Watch, which the company had previously teased, are anticipated to be unveiled at the October 6 Pixel hardware event.

When Samsung teased the forthcoming series of its flagship phones in a video and some images at its I/O event in May, that was. The Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will now be officially unveiled alongside the Pixel Watch at a future fall event.

In case you missed it, the event will take place on Thursday, October 6, starting at 10AM ET, as Google has already begun sending out invitations. The physical event will take place in Brooklyn for those who can make it, and for those who can’t, it will be livestreamed (which became the norm over the past two years).

“Everything is fitting together. Join us live on October 6 at 10 a.m. ET for #MadeByGoogle. Google/Events: “Sign up for updates and add to your calendar.” read a tweet from the Made By Google account of the business.

Additional information about the new products, such as availability, cost, unique features, and others, are what we may anticipate seeing at the event. The brief ten-second video included with Made By Google’s . tweet cycled through a number of films and clips that unmistakably depicted the Pixel Watch and the Pixel 6 smartphone series’ replacements.

A set of ear buds appeared to be an unexpected (but pleasant) gift. Whether it is the Pixel Buds Pro or another item with a comparable design is still up in the air. The Pixel 7 devices and the Pixel Watch will be the center of attention at the autumn event, despite the fact that new gear, such as expansions to the Nest ecosystem, will undoubtedly be unveiled.

Admittedly, not much information on the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro has been released. What is known is that both smartphones will include the Tensor G2, a potent next-generation chip, and that the Pro model would have an aluminum camera bar with two cutouts on the rear.

Of course, this is the rumored Google smartphone chip that will replace the Tensor chip that debuted with the Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, and Pixel 6a. According to the manufacturer, the Tensor G2 will “add even more helpful, tailored features to photographs, videos, security, and speech recognition” on the Pixel 7 smartphones.

Prior to the unveiling, Google was not completely transparent about the specifications of its wristwatch offering, the Pixel Watch, which would compete with products like the Apple Watch. It will probably make use of Wear OS, an adaptation of the Android operating system for smartwatches and other wearables.
