1. Never place a liquid beverage near a computer or computer workstation, such as coffee, soft drinks, or water bottles.
2. If you’re using a laptop computer, turn it off and then slowly turn it off after searching the keyboard for any hard items or other objects.
3. Maintain a clean computer screen on a regular basis.

4. If you have a laptop computer, have a cooling fan near it.

5. Keep your laptops in a laptop bag. Handling this object with your hands is not recommended.

6. Don’t leave your computer on all the time if you’re not using it.

7. Reinstall the drive, inspect the disc carefully, and gently insert it when using CD/VCD/DVD discs.

When utilizing USB cables/sticks, make sure the USB heads are properly installed downstairs. Don’t rely on guessing to complete the installation.

9. Do not use a computer to post anything.

10. Never eat or drink while working on a computer.

11. Do not store computer chargers or power cords under the seat or on the pavement.

12. Make sure your computer is properly supported if you must use it in bed (air conditioning fan).

13. Use a soft brush to clean the air vents/vents near computers on a regular basis.

15. Make sure your computer desk is tall enough for you to maintain a constant stare on the screen. Make it appear to be heading up rather than down. Now that you’ve learnt the dos and don’ts, it’s time to correct your errors.
