In the Run box, press the Windows key and R together, then type cmd or PowerShell. You may also use the search area to look for it by typing cmd or PowerShell. Type powercfg / battery report into the Cmd or Powershell Prompt and hit Enter.
In the Battery Life Report, you can see which HTML files were saved where. This is normally sent as an HTML file to C: Users Username.
You may check the battery, the machine model, and when and how much it is used by viewing the HTML file with this browser icon.
To determine the reason of the battery problem, launch Cmd or Powershell as an administrator and type powercfg -energy at the prompt. Examine the details in the Energy Report HTML file in C: Windows System32 to see how much data is available to the user.
